BE WARE OF YOUR OWN FRIENDS

Celebrating the joy of her marriage

Her friends came to wine and to dine

But too soon than late, her heart was pierced

The bleeding wound won sympathy from peers

But little did she know;

Her own friend, the one she would never say no,

Carried the hidden dagger that pierced her heart

 GOING AND COMING

Going and coming in and out of season
Roaming to and fro with no apparent reason
You set your mind and heart in the darkest prison
Treason or no treason
Your soul endures the torture, fighting to grab the lesson

Sometimes you seek to give up and dis-memory the past
Other times you try to throw in the towel and dis-heart your plans
But indecision will unmove your feet
Confusion will not push out your heart
Till there is now no more decision to hit

What is your problem?
You never speak it; neither will ever signal it?
You alone still know where lays the dilemma
You fear the future and dread to risk
But the choice, black or white, is always yours to make
